作者建議在這居家令的期間可以每天問自己這六個問題,我真心覺得都是些好問題. 這幾天,我就找了一本小簿子,每天花10-15分鐘問問自己這六個問題,無意間成了小小的靜心練習. 你也來試試吧! (1) What am I grateful for today? 我今天要感謝什麼? (2) Who am I checking in on or connecting with today? 我今天要與誰連結? (3) What expectations of "normal" am I letting go of today? 我今天要對舊有認知的"正常生活“放下些什麼期待? (4) How am I getting outside today? 我今天要到屋外做些什麼? (5) How am I moving my body today? 我今天要如何伸展我的身體? (6) What beauty am I either creating, cultivating, or inviting in today? 我今天發掘了什麼生命的小美好,或是為生活帶來了什麼創意與靈感?
